Ruth's Chris Steak House Sizzling Celebrity Golf Classic
benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Maryland Chapter
One of the hottest tickets in town, The Ruth’s Chris Steak House Sizzling Celebrity Golf Classic is an annual event that brings sports and entertainment figures from around Baltimore to support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Maryland Chapter (LLS).
This year’s event -- lucky number 13 -- will be held on Tuesday, September 21 at Chestnut Ridge Country Club. Over the years, the event has raised more than $2.4 million.
LLS is dedicated to curing Leukemia, Lymphoma, Myeloma, and Hodgkin’s disease and to improving the lives of patients and their families. Funds raised by the Ruth’s Chris Celebrity Golf Classic are used to support the work of 20 researchers who are working right here in Maryland to keep hope alive for children and adults who are battling leukemia, lymphoma and other blood-related cancers.
As in years past, we will be raffling off chances to win a beautiful Lexus (or the winner can take a cash option), so stay tuned for details – we’ll announce them very soon!
